The belt transit design convenient for maintenance.
The belt transit is adopted to meet various pressure requirements from the user, humanization design of automatically adjustment of tightening and loosening, moving parts and stationary parts isolation, make the machine with low maintenance on the basis of security ensured.

Unique reasonable structure
The reasonable structure which gained national patent, integrated machinery and electrical into one piece, very convenient for user to carry and installation. The space inside the machine divided into cold and hot rooms which not interrupt each other. The scientific air circulation makes the parts fully cooled which extended the machine life in order to decrease the noise. The designed of machine box is detachable. Attached high quality fire retardation sponge, which make flexible with security ensured. Our design is meet the environmental protection requirements and convenient for cleaning.

The air end gained high honor of it's excellent design and high precision processing. The optimum design of profiles has high efficiency and durability. Optimum joggle lines reduce the leakage triangle area, which increase the volume efficiency. Large diameter and optimum rotor length and diameter ration design makes the effect of high capacity and low energy consumption.

The machine with unique array form of the bearings. Two ends of the rotor separately supposed by fixed diameter direction bearing and flexible bearing. High quality, large size SKF heavy bearing design extended the lifetime which can work under strict condition. The lip style shaft seal with open slot and inner ring is high precision processed and made of high quality leakage would happen.

Main components of the units are all chosen strictly accordance with international standard AP1619.
