Shipping Policy
Shipping rates vary depending on the item and destination. If you are in a regional area or if the website undercharges you for shipping (which may occur), we will contact you to collect the remaining shipping fee, or you may arrange your own shipping. While an item may appear as available, it could be out of stock. To confirm availability, please give us a call. We won't take any liability accordance to that.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, indicating that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within three business days), we will process the payment and proceed with the order fulfillment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will be shipped within three business days from the order date. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within three business days, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@ozcompressors.com.au
Note:
Please inspect your delivery package before signing the delivery receipt. By signing the paperwork, you acknowledge that the transport company has delivered your item in perfect condition, and insurance coverage will no longer apply.
If there are any issues or delays with processing your order, our sales team will reach out to you, although this is unlikely to occur.
